The novelty of this project lies in its comprehensive approach to the issue of protecting the rights of migrant mothers, which includes not only legal analysis but also social studies, educational initiatives, and active involvement of stakeholders. This allows not only the identification of existing problems but also the proposal of effective solutions, tailored to the realities of Kazakhstan and international human rights obligations
Expected results: Improvement of the legal status of migrant mothers; strengthening of social justice; enhancement of the quality of life for migrant families in Kazakhstan
The issue that the project aims to study: The difficulties faced by migrant mothers and the gaps in the legal protection of this vulnerable group of the population.

Issues related to ensuring the child's right to education, healthcare, and social protection, as well as matters concerning citizenship and the legalization of the status of migrant children
Child rights protection issues
Language barriers, cultural differences, insufficient awareness of their rights and available social services, as well as issues with the social adaptation of their children
Integration issues
Low level of social protection, lack of employment guarantees, and often forced to work in low-paid and unstable jobs, which significantly reduces the quality of life for migrant mothers and their children
Socio-economic issues
Difficulties in obtaining residence and work permits, limited access to legal assistance, issues with the recognition of education and qualification documents issued outside of Kazakhstan
