The novelty of this project lies in its comprehensive approach to the issue of protecting the rights of migrant mothers, which includes not only legal analysis but also social studies, educational initiatives, and active involvement of stakeholders. This allows not only the identification of existing problems but also the proposal of effective solutions, tailored to the realities of Kazakhstan and international human rights obligations
